Gallery Migration Request

Offer ended on November 30th
Transfer your galleries for $1/ gallery if you're on a Yearly Plan,
$2/ gallery if you're on a Monthly Plan. There is an additional 15% discount if you transfer 300 galleries or more. You must have an active subscription and a minimum of 10 galleries is required.

The migration process can take up to 10 weeks. You'll receive an email confirmation when the process is complete!

Please Note:  Sub-folders are supported for SmugMug but you need to organize them properly. Before we migrate your galleries, you will need to separate them into main folders. For more information on this topic, click here.
The migration cost is $1 per gallery for Yearly Plans and $2 per gallery for Monthly Plans.

Enter the password of the service you're transferring from. For your account’s security, it is recommended to change your password of the old gallery service to a temporary one before sending it to us.

Please specify the gallery template(s) you would like to use for your galleries. If using multiple templates, separate them with commas.

We highly recommend setting up at least one gallery template before migration to preserve key settings like cover design, grid layout, and download settings across all galleries.

Important: Ensure your gallery template does not include pre-made scenes, as this could disrupt the migration process.
