Gallery Migration Request

Transfer your galleries for $1/ gallery if you're on a Yearly Plan, $2/ gallery if you're on a Monthly Plan. There is an additional 15% discount if you transfer 300 galleries or more. You must have an active subscription and a minimum of 10 galleries is required.

The migration process can take up to 8 weeks. You'll receive an email confirmation when the process is complete!

Please Note: Our migration service does not support sub-folders from SmugMug and Zenfolio. Before we migrate your galleries, you will need to separate them into main folders. For more information on this topic, click here.
The migration cost is $1 per gallery for Yearly Plans and $2 per gallery for Monthly Plans.

Specify the project template you would like to use for your galleries. You must have a project template set up in Pic-Time. We highly recommend doing this before transferring your galleries.
